This week I want you to write down one positive thought about a change you need to make and the great things that will come out of it.
Example: quitting smoking.
Day 1: My lungs will heal and function better
Day 2: I will live longer
Day 3: I am worth it
Day 4: My food will taste better
Day 5: My workouts will be easier
Day 6: My self esteem will increase because I will be proud of myself for sticking to something!
Hopefully this gives you an idea...
